James Tilson Kindergarten is a well established Kindergarten operating in the North East Victorian town of Wangaratta, for over 40 years. Our kindergarten has been rated as meeting the National Quality Standards; including exceeding the standard in our relationship with children. We currently offer a 4 year old program in two separate groups.
Our program is based on the understanding that children learn best through play; and with this value our friendly trained staff can offer your child great facilities for learning and play, a inclusive, warm, safe and welcoming environment.
We are committed to encouraging each child to participate in individual and group play as well as guided play and learning. Each child learns at different rates, we help them to develop skills at their own pace. We strive to develop skills for life long learning through, communication, empathy, resilience, persistence, enthusiasm and curiosity.
Our aim is to form a caring, trusting and positive relationship with families that allow for collaboration with meaningful outcomes for children.
